It is Spa Week's policy that Spa & Wellness Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or reloaded. However, Gift Cards purchased at a retail location are subject to the return/exchange policies of that particular retailer. So, it is best to ask the retailer whether the Gift Card can be returned.

There are several types of cards currently sold. See below for a description:

Fixed Denominations – Gift Card is sold on SpaWeek.com or via retail partners and have face value printed on it (i.e. $25, $50 or $100). These cards can only be used one time at a single location, up to the value of the amount printed on the face of the Gift Card/eGift Card. Following your service, any remaining value will be kept by the facility you visited as a store credit

Variable Load – Gift Cards are not sold on SpaWeek.com and only available through our retail partners. Cards do not have a face value printed and can be loaded in any amount from $25 to $500. Gift Cards can be used multiple times, at multiple locations, until the full value of the card is depleted.

Open Denomination (Spa & Wellness BLACK) – Gift Cards are sold on SpaWeek.com and can be loaded with any amount from $10 to $500. Card can only be used one time at a single location, up to the value of the amount printed on the face of the eGift Card or noted on the order receipt for plastic Gift Cards. Following your service, any remaining value will be kept by the facility you visited as a store credit for you to use at a later time.

If you have a fixed denomination card, the spa facility will issue a spa credit for the remaining balance. If you have an open value card, it can be used multiple times, at multiple locations until the full value of the card is depleted.
